2 months of remodeling of this 110 m2 (approximately 1100 sqft) apartment for a family of a doctor and an engineer with daughter who studied at high school. They passed like one perfect day. 

 The atmosphere of this place is exciting! More than one year we worked here to save the fondation (we just made the whole reconstruction of the foundation and groundfloor) and then to create the whole interior and exterior as a whole one solid peace! Now it looks just perfect!

This luxury apartment was remodeled and constructed (in fact, we replanned the whole space) by EMILY RISE professionals! Now it is a perfect place for a family with one child who was around 6 years old the time we made this work. 

This house is unique: when there was stone and painting on the ground floor, the second floor remodeling works included many things made of wood. And that was not an easy task, taking into account that wood is a living substance: it changes its form and color through the time.
